NAME there is a small problem & I hope you would understand my situation. My company approved four thousand six hundred euros for my holiday which included money for renting the room, money to purchase my flight ticket and my travelling allowances. Our finance manager who issued cheque did a very stupid mistake, instead of making a cheque for one month rent & one month guarantee deposit, he mistakenly issued the whole four thousand six hundred euros on the cheque that was sent to you, I have being crying and quarrelling with him about this stupid and unprofessional mistake he did, so I told him I would talk to you.
NAME I should have asked our finance manager to cancel the cheque but I have being waiting for three years before this trip was finally approved, because it was twice cancelled last year and if I should ask our finance manager to cancel the cheque I don't think the directors of my company would approve my trip again and really want to come to Germany in January.
NAME I believe you are a very credible & honest person and so I should be able to put my trust on you and I believe there should not be any problem. Jacqueline when you have received the cheque and take it to your bank and put it inside and when the money has been paid into your account you can take out the money for one month rent and one month guarantee deposit. I would later be writing you to provide you with details on how you would be transferring the rest of the money to me.
