Hello,
Thanks for your reply and assistance so far. I have just concluded arrangements with the visitors and they have decided to stay at your place for that period. However a Certified Bank Cheque of (€ 7,000 euro) was earlier made out by the Authorities who are sponsoring the guest who are visiting. The Cheque payment was meant to cover for cost their accommodation, car rental services, and other necessary arrangements for all the 10 persons who were initially meant to come for this trip together, but due to come circumstances the other 7 persons will not be able to make the trip anymore, so only 3 persons are now coming.
I will not be able to make a deposit seperately because the all the money meant for paying for their accomodation come in one cheque package, therefore i have been instructed to send you the Cheque, so when you receive the check payment you are required to deduct the cost of your accomodation services and keep the balance of their money which has already been designated by sponsors for other logistics arrangements for the guest.. I will give you further instructions on how to use the balance. I need you to confirm this and provide the following information
(1) YOUR FULL NAME FOR THE CHEQUE TO BE PAID TO,
(2) YOUR ADDRESS and
(3) YOUR PHONE NUMBER
Do you have any car hire arrangement? I will await your email with the details so that instructions can be given for the cheque payment to be forwarded to you immediately
